Eastland Engineers

Eastland Engineers is located at 1/50, Ganga Apartment, over in Lalita Park, right off Vikas Marg in Laxmi Nagar. It’s a bit of a residential area, so our office is actually in an apartment building. It makes for a bit of a different work environment than a standard office block. We have desks set up where the living room and bedrooms used to be. It’s cozy, if a bit crowded when we have all the drawings and blueprints spread out. Laxmi Nagar is a very busy part of Delhi, and Vikas Marg is almost always jammed with traffic, so we hear the horns honking all day long. We do a lot of technical work here, mostly engineering stuff for various projects. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to contractors on the site. It’s not a fancy setup, but it works for us. We have a small kitchen where we make tea about five times a day. People often get lost trying to find the right apartment number, so we usually have to tell them to look for the Ganga Apartment sign first. We’ve been here for a good few years, and we know all the neighbors. It’s a practical place to run an engineering firm because we’re close to a lot of our suppliers. We just keep our heads down and get the drawings finished on time.
