Padmavati Engineering Works

We are tucked away in the Chinaibaugh Industrial Estate, specifically at unit B-5. A lot of people use the Dudheswar Water Tank as a landmark to find us since it’s right nearby and hard to miss. The Dudheshwar area is one of those old industrial pockets where everyone is busy with something. Our workshop at B-5 has been our base for a long time. It’s got that smell of oil and old metal that you find in any real engineering shop. The floors are concrete and the ceiling is high, which helps a little with the heat in the summer. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in our work clothes, covered in a bit of dust. That’s just the nature of the job. The estate itself is pretty old, so the roads inside are a bit narrow and cracked. We’ve known the guys in the neighboring units for years, and we often borrow tools or help each other out when a truck gets stuck. It’s a no-nonsense environment. We focus on the machines and the drawings, and we don’t spend much time worrying about the office décor. As long as the lights work and the machines are running, we’re doing alright. It’s just a plain, hard-working spot in a busy part of the city.
