Din Engineering Works

We are located in the Dhiraj Housing Society over in Ahmedabad. It’s a regular neighborhood but we’ve got our engineering setup here at 108 1294. Most days are filled with the sound of machines and the smell of metal. We do a lot of different engineering tasks, mostly small jobs for people who need things fixed or made to order. It’s not a big factory. It’s more of a workshop where we get our hands dirty. We’ve been in Gujarat for a long time. The space is a bit crowded with parts and equipment, but we know where everything is. We don't really have a front desk or a receptionist. Usually, you’ll find one of us with a tool in hand. If the machines are running, it’s hard to hear the phone. We just like making things work. It’s practical stuff. Sometimes we’re working on a single piece of steel for hours to get it right. It’s a lot of measuring and cutting. We don’t have a website or anything like that usually. People just know we are here in the society. It’s a steady life. We open up early and stay until the job is done. The floor is usually covered in shavings but that's part of the trade. We just focus on the task at hand and try to do a decent job every time. We are just a local shop that enjoys fixing things for people in Ahmedabad and keeping the machines running.
