Dharmjyot Engineering & Fabrications Private Limited

We are based at 601 in Phase 4 of the G. I. D. C. in Vatva. It is an industrial zone, so as you can imagine, it is quite loud and dusty all the time. Our workshop is dedicated to fabrication and engineering work. We have some heavy-duty equipment for cutting and shaping steel. Most of our guys have been working with metal for their whole lives. We don't have a clean office where we sit in air conditioning. We are out on the floor most of the day. The air is often thick with the smell of burnt metal and grease. We handle a lot of industrial orders for the other plants in the Vatva area. It is a rough and tumble environment, but we enjoy the challenge of building things from scratch. We don't have a mission statement or any of that corporate stuff. We just look at the blueprints and get to work. Sometimes the raw materials are delayed because of the trucks, but we always find a way to catch up. We take our tea breaks outside when the weather is nice. It’s a hard-working atmosphere where everyone knows their job. We don't bother with fancy presentations. We just show the finished product. It’s been our way of doing things for a long time now, and we don't plan on changing anything. We just keep our heads down and weld until the shift is over.
