D&d Packaging

Down here at No. 96 in the Radheshyam Industrial Estate, things stay pretty busy from morning till late evening. We’re right opposite Gvmm, and being near the S.P Ring Road makes it easy for the trucks to come and go, though the traffic can be a real headache some days. Our shop focuses on packaging. We’ve got stacks of materials piled up everywhere, and sometimes it feels like we are running out of room. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. We started D&d Packaging because we saw so many factories in Odhav needing boxes and wraps for their products. We aren't trying to be some giant company. We just want to make sure the local businesses get what they need to ship their own goods. The floor is usually covered in scraps, and someone is always taping something up. We talk to our customers face-to-face mostly. No fancy phone systems or complicated paperwork here. If a guy needs a hundred boxes by Tuesday, we see if we can do it. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our feet. The heat in the estate gets pretty bad in May, but we keep the fans going and keep moving. Most of us live nearby, so this place feels like a second home. We just do the work and try to stay out of trouble. It's a simple life.
