Cosywo Engineering Co. is based at 15, Laxmi Co. Op. Industrial Estate on Amraiwadi Road. Being part of a cooperative estate means we are surrounded by all kinds of different businesses. It’s a lively place, especially during the middle of the day when everyone is working at full capacity. Our shop is a bit small, so we have to be very careful about where we put everything. We handle various engineering tasks, and the floor is usually covered with metal parts and tools. We don't have a fancy logo or a big marketing budget. We just rely on the fact that we've been here for a while and people know where to find us. The walls are a bit stained from years of work, and the lighting isn't the best, but it works for what we need to do. If someone calls us, they’re likely to get one of the owners or a senior worker on the phone, not a machine or a secretary. We like keeping things that way because it makes everything more direct. Amraiwadi Road is always packed with traffic, so we usually try to get our deliveries out early in the morning. We don’t have a big corporate philosophy or anything like that. We just show up, look at the drawings or the parts we need to make, and get to work. It’s a steady routine that has served us well over the years.
