Citizen Foods

Our place, Citizen Foods, is tucked away in Moraiya, specifically at 5 Saket Estate. If you know the area at all, we are located right behind the Saket Weigh Ride, which makes it pretty easy to find us if you are looking. Being out here in Sanand means we are surrounded by all kinds of other sheds and factories, so it is a hardworking atmosphere. We have been running things from this spot for a bit. It is mostly about getting the daily tasks done without too much fuss or noise. We handle different food items, and the floor is usually pretty loud with the sound of machines and people moving stuff around. The weather gets really dusty out here sometimes, but we keep the inside tidy enough to do our work properly. It is not a big corporate setup, just a group of us who live nearby or commute in from the town. We do not have any fancy signs or a big lobby with chairs. Usually, you will just see someone at the gate or a truck pulling in to load up for a delivery. The days are long, starting when the sun is barely up. We mostly focus on getting the packaging and the prep work right. Sometimes the power goes out, or a machine acts up, and we just deal with it as it comes. That is just life in an industrial estate like Saket.
