Our factory is located at unit 2008 in Phase 4 of the G.I.D.C. estate in Vatva. This is a big industrial zone, and we've been part of it for a long time. At Cirwind Machine Mfg. Co., we build machinery for the winding industry. The workshop is quite long and filled with parts for different machines we are currently assembling. It's a busy atmosphere with the sound of welding and grinding going on throughout the day. We have a lot of heavy iron and steel around, and the floor is always a bit dusty from the work. We aren't big on corporate culture or fancy meetings. We usually just gather around a machine to figure out the best way to assemble it. The weather in Vatva can be pretty harsh, so we have big fans going to keep the workers cool. We mostly deal with other textile and wire companies who need specific types of winding equipment. It’s a niche business, but it keeps us on our toes. We don't have a professional writer for our materials, just us explaining what we do. We check every machine ourselves before it’s crated up for delivery. It’s hard work, and the days are long, but there’s a sense of satisfaction when a new machine finally powers up and runs smoothly. We just keep our heads down and focus on building the machines according to the specs we are given.
