Cirwind Machine Manufacturing Company

We operate out of Plot No. 1902 in Phase III of the Vatva G.I.D.C. Estate. This is a heavy industrial area, so there are trucks and trailers moving in and out all the time. Our building is a big shed where we put together winding machines for various industries. It’s a lot of heavy steel components, motors, and electrical wiring. The floor is concrete and usually has a bit of oil or some metal scraps on it here and there. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just build the machines. Most of the guys here have been working with their hands their whole lives and know exactly what to do. You’ll see welding sparks in one corner and someone fitting a motor in another. It gets pretty loud when everything is running at once. We usually have a few machines in different stages of being built at any given time. Sometimes a part doesn't fit right, and we have to spend an entire afternoon figuring out why and fixing it. That’s just part of manufacturing. The sun hits the metal roof in the summer and it gets quite warm inside, but we have big industrial fans to keep the air moving so we can work. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just making sure the machines we send out are solid and do what they are supposed to do.
