Chamatkar Furniture

Chamatkar Furniture is located at B-802, Popular Paradise. It's right behind Satyamev Vista in the Gota area. We don't have a giant warehouse, but we make it work in our space. Most days, the air is thick with the smell of sawdust and wood glue. We started making tables and chairs because we liked working with our hands. It's not a corporate setup at all. You might see some half-finished cabinets sitting in the corner when you walk in. Gota is growing fast, and we see a lot of new buildings going up around us all the time. We get a lot of neighbors coming by to ask if we can fix a broken leg on a chair or make a custom shelf for their kitchen. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us and our tools. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding B-802, but they eventually get here after a phone call. We work pretty long hours, especially when there’s a big order to finish for someone moving into a new flat. We don't mind the mess, honestly. Woodwork is messy. If you're looking for us, just head toward Popular Paradise and look for the sawdust. We've been doing this for a bit and we just enjoy the process of turning a piece of wood into something people can actually use in their homes every day.
