Caltronics Sales & Services

Caltronics Sales & Services is located on the third floor of Shivam Complex. We are right across from Agraval Tower at the Bhuyangdev Cross Road in Ghatlodiya. It is a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise from the street coming up to the office. We handle a mix of selling equipment and then trying to fix it when it breaks down. Service work is often messy and takes more time than people expect, but we do what we can. The office isn't very large, mostly filled with tools, spare parts, and some testing equipment. We’ve been in Ghatlodiya for a while now. Some days we are out on site visits and the office is empty, other days we are all stuck inside at the workbenches. We don't have a big marketing team or anything, just a sign on the building. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them we can fix their electronics. We use simple tools and try to figure out the problems one by one. It’s not always easy, especially with older machines where parts are hard to find. We just give it a fair try. The stairs to the third floor can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. We are just regular people doing technical work in a crowded city. Sometimes we stay late to finish a repair so the customer can have it back the next morning. It is a lot of troubleshooting and small parts.
