Chakshu Engineering

We are located over at Shanker Estate, which is right near CTM in Ahmedabad. Specifically, we’re at unit number 112. The 380026 area code is a well-known industrial and transport hub, so there are always trucks passing by. Chakshu Engineering is a small operation. We don't have a giant warehouse or a glass-fronted office. It’s a standard industrial unit where we do our engineering work. Some days are busier than others, depending on what kind of projects come through the door. We might be working on small components one day and something larger the next. It’s mostly about being precise and taking the time to do things correctly. The atmosphere in the estate is pretty friendly; we usually wave to the guys at the next unit over when we arrive in the morning. It can get quite hot in the afternoons, so we usually have a break when the sun is at its peak. We aren't big on formal meetings or long emails. If something needs to be fixed or made, we just go out to the shop floor and figure it out. Being near CTM makes it easy for people to find us, though the traffic at the crossroads can be a nightmare during rush hour. We’ve been here long enough that the place feels like a second home. We just keep things simple, work hard, and try to stay organized. That’s how we’ve always done it here in Ahmedabad.
