Bosch Rexroth (India) Ltd. is located right near the Vatva Railway Station. If you come by our place, you can hear the trains passing by all day long. It is a very industrial part of the city. We have been here for a long time, and the building shows a bit of wear and tear, but it suits the work we do. Most of us here are used to getting our hands a bit dirty. We work with heavy machinery and parts, so there is always the smell of metal and oil in the air. It’s a loud place, but we like the rhythm of it. We don't have a lot of fancy office furniture or decorations. We have our desks, our computers, and our storage areas for all the equipment. The traffic around the railway station can be a bit of a nightmare during rush hour, so we usually try to get in early. We aren't the type of people to use corporate talk or have long, boring presentations. We just look at what needs to be fixed or shipped and we do it. It’s hard work, but it feels good at the end of the day. We have a small canteen where we get our tea and talk about the news or the cricket scores. We are just a bunch of regular people doing a technical job in a busy part of Vatva. Sometimes we stay and chat after our shift is over because we actually get along. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just do the work.
