You can find us at Bitplus Solutions Pvt. Ltd. over on S M Road. Our office is in Abhishree Avenue, Plot No. 603, which is quite close to the Nehru Nagar Circle in the Amaraivadi area. It’s a decent place to work, even though the commute can be a bit of a pain depending on the time of day. We focus on software and digital solutions, which basically means we spend most of our waking hours staring at code or looking at project requirements on a screen. We have a small team here, and we’ve all been working together long enough that we know each other's habits pretty well. There’s usually someone in the corner grumbling about a bug that won't go away, while someone else is trying to organize the next phase of a project. We don't have a corporate cafeteria or anything like that; we just order food or bring lunch from home and eat at our desks. It’s a very grounded environment. We deal with clients from different places, but we stay rooted here in Amaraivadi. The office gets a lot of light in the afternoons, which is nice when things get stressful. We just keep our heads down and try to deliver work that actually functions the way it's supposed to. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we know how to do well. Most of us have been here since the early days of the company.
