B.I. Industries

We operate out of Shed No.1 at the Shree Ram Industrial Estate, which is part of the Anup Engg Compound in Odhav. It’s a big, open shed that’s seen a lot of use over the years. B.I. Industries has been here a while now, and we’ve mostly just kept to ourselves and focused on the manufacturing side of things. Odhav is a busy area for industry, so there’s always something going on around us. Our shed might look a bit rough on the outside, but inside we’ve got everything we need to handle the daily orders. We don't really go for the corporate look. There is oil on the floor in some spots and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but that doesn't affect the quality of what we produce. The guys here are experienced and they don't like to waste time on small talk or unnecessary meetings. We get an order, we figure out the best way to make it, and we get it done. It’s a very hands-on environment. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a big batch, and we just grab some tea from the stall nearby and keep going until it is finished. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just try to do good work from our little spot in the compound and keep the machines running like they should.
