Bhavna Engineering Works

We’re situated at 207 Ashirvad Estate, right on Naroda Road. If you’re coming this way, we’re near the Forge & Blower and just opposite the old Vijay Mill. This part of Ahmedabad is full of workshops and small factories. At Bhavna Engineering Works, the sound of machines is the soundtrack to our day. We do a lot of metal work and mechanical repairs. It’s greasy, loud, and honest work. My father started this place, and I’ve been here since I was a teenager learning the ropes. We don't have a fancy reception area. You just walk into the workshop and find someone who isn't too busy to talk. Our tools are well-used, and the floor is always covered in iron shavings. We handle a lot of small orders for local businesses that need parts fixed or made from scratch. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit. Most of us are in overalls all day. We have our regulars who drop by just to check on their orders or have a quick chat. Sometimes the power goes out in the estate, and we all just take a break outside until it comes back. It’s just how things are here. We don't make big promises, we just try to get the parts out on time so the customer can get back to their own work. There is always something to do and we like staying busy.
