Bhalani Engineering

You can find Bhalani Engineering at Plot No. 29 in the Rshmi Estate. We are right opposite that TGT Restaurant on the SP Ring Road. It’s a busy spot because of the highway, so there is always the sound of traffic passing by. We started here because the location was practical for getting materials. We do engineering work, which means a lot of grease, metal scraps, and heavy lifting. Our workshop isn't a showroom. It’s a place where things get made and fixed. We have a few lathes and some old equipment that still works better than the new stuff. People stop by after eating across the street sometimes just to ask what we do. We tell them we just work on whatever comes through the door. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We wear work clothes that stay dirty, and we eat lunch together on the bench outside. Sometimes the heat in Odhav gets to be too much in the afternoons, so we start early in the morning to beat it. The Rshmi Estate is a tight space, so parking a big truck is always a bit of a puzzle. We don’t have a website or anything like that. Word of mouth is how people hear about us. We just keep the doors open and the machines running. That is how we have always done things and it seems to work.
