If you go down to Odhav near the big water tank, you will find B&B Eng. Work. We are in the GIDC area at L-458 and 459. It is a busy part of town with a lot of metal being moved around. We usually start the machines early in the morning before the sun makes the shed too hot to breathe in. We are not some big corporation with polished floors. It is just a workshop where we know how to use our tools. The space is a bit cluttered with scrap and parts, but we know where everything is kept. There is usually a big truck parked right outside our gate, blocking the view of the water tank. We have been in this spot for a long time. You get used to the smell of old oil and the constant sound of metal hitting metal. When it rains really hard, the water sometimes leaks under the side door. We just grab a mop and keep on working through it. My hands are almost always dirty, and no amount of soap seems to get it all off. We do not have a marketing team or anything like that. People just know we are here because we have been around so long. Lunch is usually a quick meal brought from home. We sit on whatever is available and talk about the day. It is a very practical way to live.
