Balaji Rototech

You can find us at 10-Yash Tenament, which is near the Punit Nagar crossing in Gnodasas. It’s more of a residential-feeling area compared to the big industrial zones, but we’ve made a good workspace for ourselves here. We work on rototech parts and various mechanical components. It’s a tight-knit operation. Usually, there’s only a handful of us here at any given time. We use the space we have to the fullest, with workbenches lined up and parts stored wherever there’s a gap. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, but we know where everything is. We don't have a receptionist or anything; if you come by, you’ll probably just see one of us covered in a bit of oil or dust from the grinders. We deal with a lot of local orders. People from the neighborhood or nearby businesses often drop by to ask if we can handle a specific part they need fixed. We just take a look and tell them if it’s something we can do. There’s no big manual or corporate rules here, we just use our experience to solve whatever problem comes through the door. The crossing nearby can get backed up with traffic, so we hear the honking all day, but we don't mind much. It’s just the sound of the city. We’ve been here for some time and the locals know us. We just keep things moving and try to stay productive through the week.
