Our office is situated on the third floor of the A 22 building in Green Park. It is right in the Lal Darwaza area, which is quite an old and well-known part of town. From our floor, you can see bits of the Ganga Rail Bridge if you look out the side windows. Being an engineering firm, we spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and working on technical details for various projects. The climb up to the third floor keeps us active since the stairs are a bit steep. We have been in this location for a while now, and the neighborhood has its own rhythm. The traffic near the bridge can get quite loud during the evening rush, but inside the office, we just focus on our computers and the paperwork on our desks. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees, but we have a small group that knows how to handle the technical side of things. Most of our day is spent coordinating with sites or checking on material orders. We don't go for much flash or fancy decorations in the office; we mostly have shelves filled with files and technical manuals. Sometimes we walk down to the nearby tea stalls when we need a break from the screens. It is a basic setup that works for us and allows us to stay close to the main parts of the city. We often have to deal with noisy neighbors or the heat in the summer, but that is just part of working here.
