Our place is out in Vasana Village, specifically Block No.198 in Chacharwadi. It’s easy to find if you know where Claris Pharma is since we’re right near there. Being a bit away from the main city hub has its perks, though the commute can be a bit long for some of the guys. ARVIND RUB Web Controls Ltd. has been operating from this spot for a good bit of time now. The facility is mostly functional space for the equipment and tools we use every day. We aren't big on fancy meetings or long speeches. Usually, we just get straight to the floor and see what’s on the list for the day. There's a lot of metal and machine parts lying around, which is just how an engineering spot looks. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up across the village roads. We usually have lunch together in the break area, talking about whatever is going on. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us handling the web controls and making sure things are running. The rainy season can be a bit of a mess with the mud around the village, but we manage. We’ve got a couple of old fans that rattle a lot in the summer heat. It’s not the most modern setup you’ll ever see, but it works for what we do. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
