It’s a very industrial part of town, so there’s always a lot of dust and the sound of hammers in the air. We make machines that do extrusion work. It’s heavy, oily, and pretty loud most of the time. The workshop isn't air-conditioned, so we really feel the heat in the summer months. We have a team of guys who have been with us for a long time and they really know their stuff. They don't mind getting grease on their hands. We don't have a proper office with a receptionist; you just come to the gate and find one of us. There are piles of steel and machine parts everywhere you look. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there. We just like building machines that actually work and last. Sometimes the power in the estate cuts out and we just sit around and talk until it comes back on. It’s a practical way of living. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do. We just build machinery. The temple across the street is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We’ve been here for years and the neighborhood is like family to us now.
