Working out of the G.I.D.C. in Odhav means you’re right in the heart of the industrial side of things. It’s not a place for people who like shiny offices and air conditioning that actually works all day. Aquaion Technology Inc. is just one of many units in this sprawling estate. The roads here are rough, and when it rains, it’s a total mess, but this is where the real work happens. Our space is filled with pipes, tanks, and all sorts of hardware. It’s functional above everything else. We don’t have a lobby or a receptionist; if you come by, you’ll likely find us in the back with our sleeves rolled up. Most of us have been in this industry for years, so we’ve seen just about every problem there is. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with fancy talk. We just tell you what’s wrong and how we can fix it. The noise from the surrounding factories is something you just learn to ignore after a while. We take our breaks when we can, usually sitting on some crates and sharing a thermos of tea. It’s a grit-and-grind kind of life, but there’s a certain pride in being part of the Odhav community. We aren't looking for awards or fame. We just want to make sure our systems are working right and that we’re doing right by the people who rely on us.
