Anmol Dehydration Pvt. Ltd.

We work out of number 79 in the Shakuntal Bungalows on Sola Road. It is a bit unusual to have a business like Anmol Dehydration Pvt. Ltd. in a residential-looking area, but it works for us. We use the space to manage our dehydration business. Most of the heavy work happens elsewhere, but this is our main hub. We handle a lot of dried vegetables like onions and garlic. You can usually tell what we are working on by the smell in the air. It’s a small team here. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the factory and the buyers. Our desks are covered in samples of dried flakes and powders. Sola Road is a good location because it’s easy to get around Ahmedabad from here. The office is basically a converted part of the bungalow. It feels more like a home than a workplace. We have a small kitchen where we make lunch and talk about the day. We don't have any fancy signs or big advertisements. Most of our clients have known us for years. We just focus on getting the quality right. If the drying isn't done perfectly, the whole batch is ruined. We take our time with it. It’s a decent way to make a living and we stay busy enough. We don't need much more than our current setup to get things done.
