Andhra Pradesh Plastics Manufacturers Association (APPMA)

Our office is located at 134, Parmanand Chali on Dudheshwar Road. It’s right near the police chowki, so it’s easy for people to find us even if they aren't from this part of town. This place is where we handle all the paperwork and meetings for the association. It’s a small space, mostly filled with filing cabinets and a couple of old wooden desks. People come in all the time to ask about rules or just to vent about the price of plastic raw materials. Since we are an association, we spend a lot of time talking to different manufacturers and trying to figure out how to help everyone stay in business. It can get pretty loud when five or six factory owners are all talking at once in the small room. We usually have some tea and biscuits ready because these meetings can go on for a long time. The street outside is always busy with traffic heading towards the riverfront. We’ve been at this location for a long time, and everyone in the plastic trade knows the Parmanand Chali address. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the wall, just a calendar and some old photos of past members. It’s just a place for people in the industry to connect and share their problems. We try to keep things organized but it’s usually a bit chaotic with people dropping in without an appointment.
