We are out in Village Shilaj, which is in the Daskroi Taluka of Ahmedabad. Our office is at 10, Ishan Bunglows, near the Pearl Villa Bunglows. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city center, so it is much quieter here than what you find downtown. We work on food and beverages. The setup we have is quite simple. We use a bungalow as our base, so it feels very relaxed and not like a typical office at all. We have enough space for our paperwork and for keeping some of our stock before it goes out. Most of our team lives nearby, so we don't have to deal with long commutes. We aren't trying to build some massive empire. We just like making good products and selling them to people who appreciate them. We don't have a marketing team or a lot of rules about how things should be done. If someone has an idea, we just try it out. The afternoons can get very quiet in Shilaj, and we often sit outside for a bit when the work is done. It’s a small, local operation and we prefer it that way. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure our customers are satisfied with what we send them. There’s no corporate pressure here, just regular people doing regular work and trying to make a living.
