We are located at Surya Complex, specifically in unit number 6. This is right near the Swastik Char Rasta in the Navrangpura area. It’s a very central spot in the city, so it’s easy for the staff to get here by bus or scooter. Since we are a BPO, the office is full of computers and headsets. It can get pretty noisy when everyone is on a call at the same time. The air conditioning is always running because the machines get warm. We’ve been in Surya Complex for a while, and we know the security guards and the other office workers in the building. Our desks are a bit small and cluttered with notebooks and coffee mugs. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. You just walk in and you’re pretty much in the middle of the workspace. We handle a lot of data and customer calls for different companies. It’s repetitive work, but we have a good group of people here. We usually order lunch together from the small food stalls around Swastik Char Rasta. Navrangpura is always busy, so there’s a lot of noise from the street that leaks in sometimes. We just focus on our screens and try to get through the daily targets. There’s nothing glamorous about it, just a steady job in a busy part of town. We keep our heads down and get the work done without much fuss.
