Akshay Publicity

Our shop is Number 7 in the Municipal Market on Bhudarpura Road. We are right across from Trade International in the Ambawadi area. It is a very busy market, so there is always someone walking past or looking at what we are doing in the shop. Akshay Publicity has been here for a while and we mostly handle the various tasks that come with local advertising and making signs for people. Being in a municipal market means we see a lot of different people every day. The shop is small and can get pretty hot in the summer months, but we have a fan that keeps the air moving. We have samples of our work hanging up, but mostly it is just a place where we get things done. Ambawadi is a nice part of town to be in. We spend a lot of our time talking to people about what they want their signs to look like. It is not always easy to get the colors exactly right, but we try our best with what we have. Sometimes the market gets very loud with all the shouting and the traffic, but you get used to it after a week or two. We just take one job at a time and try to keep the desk clear, though it usually ends up covered in paper and sketches anyway. It is just a normal shop where we work hard and hope for the best for our neighbors.
