We are located over at 31, Shri Ram Estate in Shantej. It is a typical workshop setup where we spend our time working on various engineering tasks every single day. The estate is full of similar small businesses, so there is a constant hum of activity all around us that you just get used to. Inside our unit, you will find a lot of tools, workbenches, and metal parts waiting to be assembled or fixed. It is not the cleanest place in the world, but it is where the real work happens for us. We do not bother with fancy signs or expensive office furniture because it just is not needed. We would rather spend that money on better tools or just keeping the lights on in the shop. The team here is small, and we mostly just get on with our jobs without much unnecessary talk. Shantej can be a bit quiet in the afternoons, which is nice for focusing on the more technical bits of our work that require a lot of concentration. We take our tea breaks outside when the weather is good, looking at the other units and chatting about how the day is going. It is a basic, honest way to run an engineering firm. We deal with whatever problems come through the door and try to find a practical way to make things work. There are no big promises or corporate slogans here, just a group of people who are good with their hands and like to see a project finished correctly before we head home for the night.
