Adani Wilmar Ltd Mundra

It’s a fairly quiet society compared to the main roads. We’ve been here for a while, and the office has a very lived-in feel to it. It’s not one of those modern spaces with no personality. Our work usually involves a lot of coordination with the port activities in Mundra, even though we are physically here in Paldi. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. The staff here is mostly local people who have been with the company for years. We aren't really into big corporate speeches or fancy presentations. We just sit down, do our tasks, and go home. In the afternoons, we usually take a break for some tea. Paldi is a nice part of Ahmedabad, and being in a society makes it feel a bit more like a community. We don't have a giant sign or anything, just the number 43-B on the gate. It’s a practical place to work. Sometimes we have to stay late when things get busy at the port, but that’s just part of the job. We try to keep things simple and just focus on what needs to get done today. No big fuss made, just getting through the daily list of things.
