We are located on the 10th floor of the Shikhar building in Navrangpura. It is a tall place and you can see a lot of the city from up here. Most of our work happens at desks with computers and phones ringing all day long. It's a busy office environment where everyone is trying to manage their schedules. Navrangpura is a central part of town, so there are plenty of places to grab lunch nearby when we get a break. The elevators can be a bit slow during the morning rush when everyone is trying to get to their floor at the same time. We have people working on all sorts of things related to the food business and oils. It’s a lot of paperwork and meetings, to be honest. Some of us have been here for years while others are quite new. We don't really do the manufacturing at this specific spot; this is more for the planning and the paperwork side of things. It gets a bit quiet in the late evenings after most people have gone home to their families. The lights stay on for a while though. It’s just a regular office life for us here in Ahmedabad. We deal with suppliers and distributors all across the country from this office. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure things move from one place to another without too much trouble. It is just the daily grind for us.
