Our office is at A-18 in the Jay Ambe Nagar Housing Society, which is on Drive-In Road in Ahmedabad. We are very close to Udgam School, so we hear the school bells and the kids playing throughout the day. The traffic on Drive-In Road gets pretty intense around the time school lets out, which usually slows down our deliveries. We handle food and beverages from this location. It’s a residential area, so it feels more like working from home than being in a business district. We have a few rooms set up for storage and one main room where we do all the office work. It’s a simple setup with a couple of computers and a lot of logbooks. We have been part of this neighborhood for a long time. We know the local shops and we see the same people every day. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. We just make sure our products are delivered on time and that they are what people ordered. Most of our work is done over the phone or through messages. We usually have a slow start in the morning with some tea and then things get busy until late afternoon. It’s just a regular local business, and we are happy with how things are going. We don't have fancy meetings, just quick chats in the hallway to keep everything moving along properly.
