Aastha Electronics is on the 100 Feet Ring Road. We've been at Shyamal Row House-2 for a while now. Most days are just spent looking at screens or trying to figure out why a circuit isn't working right. People come in from around Ambavadi with all sorts of broken stuff. Sometimes it's a quick fix, other times we have to tell them it’s better to just get a new one. The shop isn't huge, but we make do with the space we have in A1/2F/D. There’s always some dust from the road traffic coming in. We usually keep the fans going all day. If you’re walking past the Row House area, you’ll probably see our sign. It's nothing fancy. Just a place where we try to get things working again. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. We don’t really have a big team, just a couple of us who know our way around wires and boards. It gets a bit loud with the traffic outside on the Ring Road, but you get used to it after a few years. We keep standard hours, though sometimes we stay a bit late if a job is halfway done. That's pretty much how it goes here every day. We don't bother with a lot of advertising because people usually find us when they need something fixed. We just sit here among the spare parts and do the work that comes our way.
