Aai Khodal Industries

We’re over at unit 84 in the Maheshwari Industries Estate, which is in the Tavdipura area of Shahibag. Aai Khodal Industries has been here for years, and we’ve seen the estate change quite a bit. It’s a crowded area with a lot of different workshops and small factories all packed together. Our place isn't very large, but we make use of every inch of space we have. There’s usually a lot of noise from the neighboring units, but we’re used to it. We spend our days working on whatever orders come in. It’s mostly hands-on work, so don't expect to see anyone in a suit around here. We wear work clothes and we aren't afraid of getting a bit dirty. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably find us on the production floor. We like to keep things direct. If there's a problem, we talk it out and fix it right then and there. It’s a very local way of doing things. Shahibag is a busy place, and we just try to keep up with the pace. We don’t have any big marketing brochures or fancy websites. We just rely on the work we’ve done and the people who know us. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours and we’ve worked hard for it. Some days are better than others, but we’re still here doing what we do.
