Our place is out in Phase 4 of the G.I.D.C. Industrial Estate in Vatva. Specifically, we're at Plot No. 5219, right near where the Express Way overbridge starts. You can't miss the junction. Being in the middle of an industrial hub means it's always noisy and there’s always something moving around. We work with boilers. It’s heavy work, and the shop floor reflects that. It's dusty, there's the smell of metal and welding, and it’s usually quite hot. We aren't sitting in air-conditioned offices all day. Most of us are out there checking the builds or looking over blueprints. Aadeesh Boilers Pvt. Ltd. has been part of this Vatva landscape for quite some time now. We've seen the estate change, roads get wider, and more neighbors move in. We just keep doing what we do. Making sure the boilers are solid and built right. We don't do much talking about solutions or innovation. We just build the things. If a part needs fixing, we fix it. If a client needs a specific tank size, we figure out how to make it happen on the floor. It’s a lot of physical labor and keeping an eye on the details. We have a small crew, and everyone knows their role. We’re just a bunch of people who understand how high-pressure systems work and we spend our days making sure they stay that way in our little corner of Vatva.
