Our place is located down in Vatva G.I.D.C. on 'F' Road. We have those plots from 1103 to 1105. It is a big industrial area, so there is always trucks moving around and a lot of noise from the other factories near us. We deal with food products here at Aabad Food Pvt. Ltd. Every morning the shifts start early and the machines get going. It is a lot of work keeping everything clean and running right, but we manage somehow. Most of the people working here live nearby or come in from the outskirts. We have been in Phase III for a long time. The roads around the estate can be rough sometimes, especially during the rains when everything gets a bit messy and muddy. Inside the gates, though, it’s all about getting the orders filled. We make a variety of food items that go out to shops all over the region. It isn't a glamorous job, standing on your feet and watching the production lines, but it is steady. We don't spend much time on fancy offices or decorations. Most of the space is taken up by the production floor and the big storage area for our stock. It gets very hot in the summer, but that is just part of being in G.I.D.C. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing every day. Sometimes things break and we fix them. That is just how a factory works. We have been part of this landscape for years and we know how it goes.
