Viyan Construction (Opc) Private Limited

Viyan Construction (Opc) Private Limited is based out of Agra. We have our small setup at number 26 in Govend Puri Extension. It is near Brij Vihar and Kamla Nagar, so if you live around here, you know the neighborhood is pretty tight-knit. We do a lot of the usual building work that comes with running a construction firm. It is mostly just a few of us making sure things get built right. Being an OPC means it is a bit more personal, not like those giant companies where you never talk to the same person twice. We spend a lot of time on-site, getting our boots dusty and checking on how the walls are going up. Agra is a busy place, and the heat in the summer can be something else when you are out there working. We have been at this for a bit now, just trying to get through the projects we have on the list. Sometimes things get delayed because of rain or material deliveries, but that is just how construction goes. We don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We are just local builders who know the streets of Balkeshwar and Kamla Nagar well. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a place to keep the files and meet folks. If we are not there, we are probably out at a site somewhere. It is a lot of work but it feels good to see something finished.
