Viren Builders

Viren Builders is based at No. 32 S 7 Sanjay Place. It’s a busy spot here, and we've been around for a while now. Most days, you’ll find us out at various sites, but the office is where the paperwork happens. We handle construction work mostly. It’s not always glamorous. Sometimes we're dealing with dust and delays, but that's just how the building trade goes. People around here know where to find us if they have a project in mind. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a workspace. We started small and stayed that way because it works for us. Sanjay Place is pretty central, which makes it easy to get materials moved around when we need to. If you walk by, you might see us drinking tea or looking over some blueprints. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone asks for a wall to be built, we talk about the bricks and the cement. No need for big speeches. We just get on with it. Some days are long, and things don't always go according to plan, but we show up anyway. We’ve seen this area change quite a bit over the years. We just keep doing our thing, day in and day out, right here at number thirty-two. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. It is just about doing the job well enough so we can sleep at night.
