H. S. Builders

If you walk down Awtar Singh Road, you’ll find H. S. Builders at number 144. It’s a simple building where we’ve set up shop to handle our construction business. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Instead, there’s usually a lot of blueprints and dust from the sites we’re managing. The office is often a bit noisy because the phone doesn't stop ringing and everyone is talking about supplies or schedules. We’ve been at this for a long time now. Awtar Singh Road is a good spot for us because it’s central and everyone knows the area. We focus on building things that stay standing. Our team is just a handful of local people who know their way around a site. We don't spend money on big billboards. Most of our work comes from people walking in or calling because a neighbor told them about us. It’s a busy life, always worrying about the weather or if the materials will arrive on time. We take our lunches together when we can, usually talking about the projects we have going on. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but 144 Awtar Singh Road stays the same. Just a bunch of builders trying to do a good job day in and day out. No corporate talk, just bricks and mortar and hard work. No one here is trying to be fancy; we just want the projects to get finished properly.
