Vishwa Infraventure operates out of Agra. Our office is located at Plot No. F-2 in the Ramraghu Exotica complex on Shamsabad Road, Mauja Khera. It’s a good location for us because it’s a bit away from the busy tourist areas, giving us more space to breathe. We focus on various infrastructure ventures, like developing land and getting plots ready for builders to start their work. Our office is often a bit chaotic, with people coming in to discuss plans or check on project status. We aren't a high-end corporate firm with a polished image. You’ll usually see us with mud on our boots because we spend so much of our day out in the fields. While Agra is known for its monuments, we are more interested in the new roads and residential colonies being built on the outskirts. We have a small team of workers who have been with us for a long time. Like any business, we’ve had good years and bad years. Sometimes we have to work through the weekends to get a site ready, and other times we are just waiting for the next project to start. We don't use fancy terminology for our work. We just look at a site and figure out the most practical way to put in the roads and utilities. We know the local land rules and the people at the municipal offices quite well. We just try to stay busy and do honest work.
