Touch & Glow

Touch & Glow is our little spot on Shamshabad Road. We are situated in Rajpur Chungi, which is a busy part of Agra. Most of the people who come here are from the Rajpur area. We do things like haircuts, threading, and maybe some face stuff if people ask for it. It is not one of those big expensive salons you see in the city center. We just have a few chairs and the basic equipment. Sometimes the fan makes a bit of noise, and we have to fix the mirror every now and then. We started this because there wasn't much around here for local women to go to. I usually handle most of the work myself, though I have someone who helps out on weekends when it gets crowded. The shop isn't huge, but it is enough for what we do. We talk a lot while we work, mostly about neighborhood news or what is happening in Agra. It feels more like a place to sit and talk than a business sometimes. We keep our hours pretty steady, though sometimes we close a bit early if it is a slow day or if there is a family function to attend. We have been at this address in 282001 for a good amount of time now. It is just a normal shop run by normal people trying to make a living. We do not use any fancy booking systems. You just show up and wait your turn.
