Empress Beauty Salon

We have been running Empress Beauty Salon for a while now over on Taj Road in the Sadar Bazaar area. It is a busy part of Agra, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside. Our place is on the first floor, at number 4/5, so you have to walk up the stairs to get to us. Most people know the area because of Berry Shoes, which is right near us and makes it easier to find the building if you are not from around here. We just handle the usual stuff like hair and basic beauty things for the ladies who live nearby or work in the local shops. It gets quite crowded on weekends when everyone is out doing their shopping in the bazaar. The sunlight comes in through the windows in the afternoon and you can see the street life down below. It’s nothing too fancy, just a regular spot where people come to get cleaned up. Sometimes the traffic on Taj Road makes it hard to park, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We keep the place tidy and try to make sure everyone feels okay when they sit down. If you are walking past the shoe shops, just look up and you will see our sign. We have been in this spot for a good bit of time now and know most of the faces. It feels like home to us. It gets dusty because of the road, but we clean up every morning before the first person arrives.
