S K Hair Salon

Our shop is tucked away at Shop No-3/101 in the Taj Ganj area of Agra. We are right opposite Hotel Kamal, which makes it pretty easy for tourists and locals to spot us. Being so close to the Taj Mahal area means things are always moving fast around here. S K Hair Salon is not a big place. It is just a small, local spot where we do haircuts and shaves for the neighborhood. I have been sitting in this shop for years watching the crowds go by. The street noise from Taj Ganj is always there in the background. We have a couple of old chairs that are still sturdy and comfortable. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just walk in when they need a trim. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that is just how things go in this part of town. We keep a few old magazines around for when there is a wait. The shop is small, so if there are more than three people waiting, it starts to feel a bit tight. But nobody seems to mind much. We talk about the weather or the local news while I work. It is an honest living. We keep the scissors moving and the floor swept. If you are staying at Hotel Kamal or just walking through Taj Ganj, you will see us there. It is not fancy, but we get the hair cut.
