Addition Unisex Beauty Salon

Our salon, Addition Unisex Beauty Salon, is located in Panchwati Plaza within Taj Nagri Phase-2. We are quite close to the Hilton Hotel in Agra, so we get a mix of local residents and sometimes a few tourists who are staying nearby. It’s a unisex place, so we have sections for both men and women. We have about four chairs in total and a small area for hair washing at the back. Agra can get very dusty and hot, so we try to keep the place cool and the floor clean, though it’s a constant job. We do all the usual things like haircuts, shaving, and some skin treatments. The staff is just a few local guys and girls who know their work well. We don't have a big corporate manual on how to talk to people; we just act natural and try to be helpful. Sometimes we play the radio or have a small TV running in the corner to pass the time. The plaza is usually busy, so there is always some noise from the other shops nearby. We aren't the most expensive place in the area, but we aren't the cheapest either. We just aim for a fair price for a good job. We’ve been at this location for a while now and most people in Phase-2 know where we are. It’s a decent, simple shop for anyone needing a bit of grooming.
