You can find us in Sainya, specifically in the Kanshana area of Agra. We operate out of Pratap Singh’s place. The company is named Thakur Munshi Singh Farmer Producer Company, which carries a lot of weight for us locally. We are right here in the heart of Uttar Pradesh, and most of us grew up in these same fields. We don’t have a high-rise office or anything like that. It’s a simple setup where we manage the collective work of the farmers in our group. Agra is famous for the Taj Mahal, but for us, it’s all about the soil in Sainya. We spend our days coordinating with the local growers. It’s not easy work and there’s always something that needs fixing or someone who needs help with their paperwork. We aren't using any of those big marketing words you see in the cities. We’re just a group of people who decided it was better to work together than to struggle alone. Some days we just sit on the porch and talk about the weather and how it might affect the crops. It’s a very local way of doing things, and that’s how we like it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just the most useful one for the farmers in Kanshana. We keep it practical and honest.
