We are based in Gainta village near Itawa. Most of us here are connected to the land. This company started because people in the village wanted to handle our crops better. It’s a group of farmers working together. We are at Ramakant’s place, son of Jagan Nath Nandwana. It’s a quiet spot, but busy during harvest times. Everyone knows where we are. We deal with seeds, fertilizers, and whatever the local farmers need to grow their stuff. It’s not a big office with fancy chairs. Just a place where we sit and talk about the fields and prices. We try to keep things moving for the gram unnati, which just means helping the village get a bit better each year. It takes a lot of effort to coordinate everyone. Sometimes it's messy and things don't go as planned, but that's just how farm life is. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just us locals trying to make sense of the market. Most days you'll find someone here drinking tea and looking at the weather. It is a simple operation. We are part of the community and we plan to stay that way for a long time. There's plenty of work to do in Itawa, and we're just one part of it. If you're coming from the main road, just ask for the Nandwana family home. We aren't experts in business, but we know the soil well. It takes patience to grow anything good.
