It’s a residential area, so our office is right in the middle of a neighborhood. This works well for us because we mostly deal with residential building and renovation. We aren't a big company with a glass-fronted building. Instead, we have a couple of rooms that we’ve turned into an office space. It’s got all the basics, like a couple of desks, a printer that jams occasionally, and plenty of chairs for when the site supervisors come in for a meeting. We spend a lot of our time talking about the price of materials and how to get the labor organized. Agra is a busy city, but our corner of it is relatively quiet. We like being part of the local community here. We don't have a marketing team or a sales department. We just answer the phone and talk to people who need things built. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when we have multiple projects going at once, but we just take it one day at a time. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just build houses and structures and try to make sure they’re done properly. It’s a straightforward life and we’re happy with how we do things. We just keep working and hope the rain stays away.
