Shubhrs Infradevelopers Private Limited operates out of Shop No. 7 in the Pushpanjali Apartment building over in Pratap Nagar. Being in Agra, we see a lot of activity and we try to keep up with the local demand for construction and development. Our shop isn't very large, but it serves its purpose for meeting clients and keeping our tools and records organized. Living and working in the 282010 area means we know the neighborhood pretty well by now. We spend a lot of our time looking over site plans or chatting with the workers about the progress of different builds. It is not always smooth sailing; sometimes there are delays with permits or the rain stops us for a few days, but that is just how the construction business goes. We don't really put on a show for anyone, we just focus on the task at hand. The office in Pushpanjali Apartment is usually open fairly early since we like to get a head start before the traffic gets too bad around Pratap Nagar. We have a few desks and some chairs for visitors, nothing too elaborate. People usually hear about us through word of mouth rather than big flyers or social media posts. It feels good to be a part of the local community here. We just want to do our job right and make sure the buildings we work on are solid and useful for the people who will use them. It takes a lot of coordination but we manage it okay.
