Shivhare'S Chains

Our shop is tucked away at Plot No3/108 in Nagla Dhakran, which is right in the Nai Ki Mandi area. It is one of those places where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We have been making chains here for a long time, and the building shows its age a bit. The walls have some stains and the floors are worn down from people moving around all day. It gets pretty loud once the work starts because the metal hitting the machines makes a constant rhythm. My cousin and I usually handle the front while the others stay in the back where the real work happens. It is not a shiny place with air conditioning, but it gets the job done. Nai Ki Mandi is always busy, and sometimes the traffic makes it hard for folks to reach us, but we are always here. We don't do much advertising or anything like that. Most people find out about us just by walking past or hearing from a neighbor. We just focus on getting the links right and making sure the chains are strong enough. Sometimes we sit outside for a tea break when it gets too hot inside. It is just a simple family operation, and we like it that way. We don't try to be anything we aren't. Just Shivhare'S Chains, doing our thing in this little corner of the city.
