Pitambra Engeering Works

You can find Pitambra Engeering Works at Plot No E-42, Site C, in the Sikandra Industrial Area. We are pretty close to National Highway 2, which makes it easier for people to find us, though the turn-off can be tricky if you aren't looking for it. We do engineering work here. That means there’s usually a lot of noise from the lathes and the welding machines. We have a small crew of workers who have been with us for years. They know how to handle the metal. The floor is usually covered in some metal shavings, and there is always that smell of cutting oil in the air. We take on jobs that come our way, mostly from other businesses in the industrial area. It’s not a clean-room environment; it’s a real workshop. We have a small office space partitioned off with some glass where we do the billing and talk to customers. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a particular job if a machine part is needed urgently. We don't have any fancy brochures or a marketing department. Most people just bring us a drawing or a broken part and ask if we can make a new one. We look at it, give a price, and then get to work. It’s straightforward. We’ve had the same sign out front for ages. It’s a bit faded now, but it still works. We focus on getting things done rather than making things look pretty.
